Description

Retain a supplied queue priority while checking an explicit hold-release boundary.

An administrative calculation applies supplied clocks, fees, exclusions, roles, and document conditions. Numeric consistency and an explicit condition match can be useful record checks. They do not select the governing authority, verify evidence, or establish legal rights and obligations.

Retain a supplied queue priority while checking an explicit hold-release boundary.

When to use this tool

Use Case Queue Priority Hold Token when you need a supplied administrative fee, clock, role, document, or accounting calculation before checking its substantive basis.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter priority, held, releaseAt, queryAt. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read eligible, priority. Inspect eligible before interpreting the associated values.

Return eligible when held is false or queryAt>=releaseAt, preserving priority unchanged.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • A held case becomes eligible at the release boundary under this rule. Priority is not ranked or applied, and no actual hold authority, case status, queue order, or service obligation is verified.
  • The field tables state structural bounds; the mechanics also specify cross-field constraints. Malformed inputs and unsupported domains cause errors. A successful false flag, empty branch value, or zero placeholder has the meaning stated above and is distinct from an input error.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Signed zero is exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Consult the applicable authoritative rule and verify source records before deciding fees, authority, deadlines, or obligations. Keep a supplied scenario calculation separate from that evidence review.
