Description
Civil-day addition with an explicit notice-day inclusion flag, excluding business-day and holiday rules.
An administrative calculation applies supplied clocks, fees, exclusions, roles, and document conditions. Numeric consistency and an explicit condition match can be useful record checks. They do not select the governing authority, verify evidence, or establish legal rights and obligations.

When to use this tool
Use Administrative Appeal Notice Date Offset when you need a supplied administrative fee, clock, role, document, or accounting calculation before checking its substantive basis.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter noticeDate, days, countNoticeDay. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read deadline. Use the output convention below.
Add days to noticeDate, subtracting one when countNoticeDay, and return the exact calendar deadline. Require integer days zero through 100000, or at least one when the notice day counts.1

} Limitations and assumptions
- This uses calendar days and a caller-selected counting convention. Holidays, service rules, notice effectiveness, jurisdictional deadlines, and dates outside the supported four-digit range are not resolved.
- The field tables state structural bounds; the mechanics also specify cross-field constraints. Malformed inputs and unsupported domains cause errors. A successful false flag, empty branch value, or zero placeholder has the meaning stated above and is distinct from an input error.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Signed zero is exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Consult the applicable authoritative rule and verify source records before deciding fees, authority, deadlines, or obligations. Keep a supplied scenario calculation separate from that evidence review.
