Description

Extract an opaque deidentified registry-era token without a disease classification table.

Research lesion records distinguish measured dimensions, geometric size models, censoring conventions, assessment denominators, and follow-up timing. An axis product, percent change, or coverage measure describes only its stated inputs and model. Such arithmetic does not automatically implement a clinical response criterion or validate a study.

When to use this tool

Use Tumor Registry Era Token when you need this research measurement, assessment-base, source, or event-time calculation.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter token, namespace, separator. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read eraToken. Use the output convention below.

Require nonempty namespace and separator and token beginning with namespace+separator. Remove that prefix, require a nonempty remainder, and return eraToken.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The remainder is preserved without date or edition parsing. A matching prefix does not authenticate a tumor-registry coding system, determine a staging edition, or interpret a diagnosis.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Use the intended study protocol and a complete measurement or analysis model for a broader conclusion. Verify lesion definitions, censoring, measurement correspondence, time anchors, and missing-assessment policy.
