Description
Group distinct marker IDs by channel and count channels assigned more than one distinct marker.
Immune-assay data can contain raw signals, blanks, gated event counts, dilution labels, and research thresholds. Their units and denominators differ, and arithmetic on supplied values is separate from assay validation or clinical interpretation.
Group distinct marker IDs by channel and count channels assigned more than one distinct marker.
When to use this tool
Use Immune Marker Channel Collision Count when you need one transparent research-assay calculation or event-accounting check.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter markerIds, channelIds. Keep parallel arrays aligned. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read collidingChannels. Use the output convention below.
Require aligned markerIds and channelIds. Group distinct marker IDs by channel and count channels assigned more than one distinct marker.1

} Limitations and assumptions
- Repeating an identical marker/channel pair is not a collision; this checks literal assignments without instrument spectra, panel compatibility, or measured spillover.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
