Description
Label a room's recorded do-not-disturb or service-request status.
Hospitality records distinguish seating count, booking category, reset time, package prices and stock flows. A tax fraction based on net differs from a tax share of gross, and a seat count does not prove a usable layout. Supplies, service preferences and dietary allocations need verified operational records.
Label a room's recorded do-not-disturb or service-request status.
When to use this tool
Use Housekeeping Do Not Disturb Status Token when you already have roomRecordId, recordedStatus and need to label a room's recorded do-not-disturb or service-request status.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter roomRecordId, recordedStatus. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read label. Use the output convention below.
Require roomRecordId nonempty and an allowed recordedStatus; format ID [status].1

"input": {
"roomRecordId": "R17",
"recordedStatus": "do-not-disturb"
},
"output": {
"label": "R17 [do-not-disturb]"

} Limitations and assumptions
- No room is accessed or service authorized; a label does not establish current preference, consent or actual occupancy.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Reconcile actual reservations, layouts, service preferences, invoices and inventories for operational questions. Apply the full menu, tax and dietary requirements when local counts, buffers or pricing terms cannot establish availability or suitability.
