Hotel Room Single Double Use Tag

Label an explicitly recorded hotel room-use category without changing occupancy limits or rates.

Description

Label a booking's recorded single/double use category.

Hospitality records distinguish seating count, booking category, reset time, package prices and stock flows. A tax fraction based on net differs from a tax share of gross, and a seat count does not prove a usable layout. Supplies, service preferences and dietary allocations need verified operational records.

Label a booking's recorded single/double use category.

When to use this tool

Use Hotel Room Single Double Use Tag when you already have bookingId, useCategory and need to label a booking's recorded single/double use category.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter bookingId, useCategory. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read label. Use the output convention below.

Require bookingId nonempty and useCategory single, double, other or unspecified; format ID [category].1

Limitations and assumptions

  • No guest count, room capacity, identity, occupancy rule or actual reservation is verified.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Reconcile actual reservations, layouts, service preferences, invoices and inventories for operational questions. Apply the full menu, tax and dietary requirements when local counts, buffers or pricing terms cannot establish availability or suitability.
