Description

Return unique household-activity minutes after duplicate deductions.

Source support, credit and authorization are different concepts. Supplied flags and vocabularies can support record bookkeeping but cannot independently establish consent, cultural authority, equitable credit or legal reuse rights.

Return unique household-activity minutes after duplicate deductions.

When to use this tool

Use Household Activity Double Count Minute when checking one explicitly supplied support, permission or credit convention.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter first, second, simultaneous, otherDuplicate. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read uniqueMinutes. Use the output convention below.

Return unique household-activity minutes after duplicate deductions. Require nonnegative durations, simultaneous <= min(first, second) and otherDuplicate <= first+second-simultaneous; uniqueMinutes subtracts both deductions.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • Overlap quantities must be reconciled independently; this does not interpret multitasking or cultural activity meaning.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
