Description
Return required/optional goal completion counts.
Adult-learning records allocate supplied participation, contact time, credits and optional requirements. A local fraction or eligibility predicate follows the chosen counting policy; it does not assess learning quality, recognize a qualification or establish contractual entitlement. Excluded and optional components can change the denominator.
Return required/optional goal completion counts.
When to use this tool
Use Adult Learning Contract Optional Goal Coverage when checking the stated adult-learning participation, requirement, text or time convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter goals, completed, optional. Follow any array-alignment requirements below. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read requiredCount, requiredCompleted, optionalCompleted, complete. Inspect complete before interpreting the associated values.
Return required/optional goal completion counts. Require aligned optional flags and unique goals; requiredCompleted/optionalCompleted count labels present in completed, complete requires all required goals and ignores incomplete optional ones.1

} Limitations and assumptions
- Empty required set passes; completion labels do not establish competence, quality or a binding credit award.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
