Adult-learning records allocate supplied participation, contact time, credits and optional requirements. A local fraction or eligibility predicate follows the chosen counting policy; it does not assess learning quality, recognize a qualification or establish contractual entitlement. Excluded and optional components can change the denominator.

Return a participant's share of allocated-plus-reserved session time. Require aligned IDs/nonnegative durations, reserve >= 0 and positive total+reserve; sum selected rows, divide by allocated+reserved.1

- Repeated participant entries contribute again; actual participation, equitable access and discussion quality are not verified.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
