Description

Keep an explicitly declined goal separate from missing and answered records.

Support-service records distinguish appointments, action times, review windows, consent annotations, and allocation of shared resources. A supplied flag or time margin can support bookkeeping while case evidence, professional judgment, and applicable obligations remain separate.

Keep an explicitly declined goal separate from missing and answered records.

When to use this tool

Use Client Goal Declined Item Token when you need one explicit service-record, clock, consent-annotation, or resource-allocation check.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter response, declinedToken, missingToken. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read declined, missing, answered. Inspect declined, missing, answered before interpreting the associated values.

Classify response by exact comparison with distinct declinedToken and missingToken, returning declined, missing, and answered when it matches neither.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • Any other token counts as answered even if substantively invalid. The tool preserves annotation categories without inferring a client's intent, capacity, needs, or a validated assessment score.
  • The field tables state structural bounds; the mechanics also specify cross-field constraints. Malformed inputs and unsupported domains cause errors. A successful false flag, empty branch value, or zero placeholder has the meaning stated above and is distinct from an input error.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Signed zero is exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Check source records, case context, and the applicable professional or legal requirements before using these flags or margins for a service decision.
