Label explicit task-assistance wording and respondent source without scoring functional limitation.

Description

Label the supplied assistance and respondent for a functional task.

Rheumatology records distinguish observed findings, unassessed joints, anatomical chart labels and instrument/source versions. A not-assessed state differs from an assessed negative finding, while a censored laboratory value differs from an exact measurement. Durations and labels retain their source conventions and do not themselves constitute a diagnosis or disease-activity score.

Label the supplied assistance and respondent for a functional task.

When to use this tool

Use Functional Task Assistance Label when you already have taskCode, assistanceWording, respondent and need to label the supplied assistance and respondent for a functional task.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter taskCode, assistanceWording, respondent. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read label. Use the output convention below.

Require nonempty taskCode, assistanceWording and respondent; JSON-quote the assistance in task; assistance=quoted wording [respondent].1

Limitations and assumptions

  • No functional ability, assistance need or respondent authority is assessed.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the original chart, instrument version and laboratory reporting convention for substantive interpretation. Preserve unassessed findings and censoring separately from recorded negatives and exact values; a local label or duration conversion does not assemble a disease-activity assessment.
