Description
Qualify a recorded assistance code by its source.
Rehabilitation records separate client priorities, scheduled attendance, assistance codes, video coordinates and exercise logs. A missed scheduled visit differs from an unscheduled day, and a frame timestamp assumes a frame-rate model. Local counts or offsets do not evaluate movement quality, recovery, safe exercise or appropriate care.
Qualify a recorded assistance code by its source.
When to use this tool
Use Physiotherapy Assistance Source Code when you already have taskId, assistanceCode, classificationSource and need to qualify a recorded assistance code by its source.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter taskId, assistanceCode, classificationSource. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Enter taskId, assistanceCode, classificationSource using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| taskId | Task Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| assistanceCode | Assistance Code | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| classificationSource | Classification Source | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| token | Token | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

"assistanceCode": "A2",

"output": {

} Limitations and assumptions
- The result records supplied values without scoring functional ability. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review the actual attendance schedule, movement recording and stated outcome instrument. For timing, use acquisition timestamps when frame rate varies; keep client priorities and exercise logs separate from a validated assessment of recovery.
