Podiatry Right Left Label

Attach explicit foot laterality to a podiatry record without identifying anatomy or a condition.

Loading tool…

Description

Attach a recorded left/right side label to a podiatry record.

Foot-care records distinguish laterality, measured dimensions, device geometry and observation-time denominators. A supplied length/width label is not automatically a lesion area, and contact time is not a pressure measurement. Interpreting these records for health or device use requires verified measurements and qualified clinical context.

When to use this tool

Use Podiatry Right Left Label when you already have recordId, recordedSide and need to attach a recorded left/right side label to a podiatry record.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter recordId, recordedSide. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read label. Use the output convention below.

Require nonempty recordId and recordedSide left, right, bilateral or unspecified; format ID [side].1

Limitations and assumptions

  • No anatomical laterality, record correctness or clinical finding is verified.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the original examination or device measurement with its site, side and unit convention. Use the complete recorded gait or pressure measurement for functional questions; one contact-time fraction or dimensional label describes a limited observation.
