Description
Label a recorded orthosis heel-cup depth and unit.
Foot-care records distinguish laterality, measured dimensions, device geometry and observation-time denominators. A supplied length/width label is not automatically a lesion area, and contact time is not a pressure measurement. Interpreting these records for health or device use requires verified measurements and qualified clinical context.
Label a recorded orthosis heel-cup depth and unit.
When to use this tool
Use Orthosis Heel Cup Depth when you already have deviceId, recordedDepth, unitText and need to label a recorded orthosis heel-cup depth and unit.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter deviceId, recordedDepth, unitText. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read label. Use the output convention below.
Require nonempty deviceId/unitText and recordedDepth>=0; format device; heel-cup depth=value unit.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| deviceId | Device Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| recordedDepth | Recorded Depth | Required. Finite number; minimum 0. |
| unitText | Unit Text | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| label | Label | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- The measurement is supplied; no orthosis fit, material behavior or suitable design is assessed.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review the original examination or device measurement with its site, side and unit convention. Use the complete recorded gait or pressure measurement for functional questions; one contact-time fraction or dimensional label describes a limited observation.
