Description
Qualify an explicit concentration-effect pair by supplied units.
Assay records separate concentration/effect units, control references, censoring and model parameters. An occupied/free complement assumes one common exhaustive total, while a control ratio is not automatically a percentage effect. Labels and local scalar operations do not fit a response model or establish potency, drug efficacy or an appropriate medication choice.
Qualify an explicit concentration-effect pair by supplied units.
When to use this tool
Use PD Concentration Effect Pair Unit when you already have pairId, concentrationUnit, effectUnit and need to qualify an explicit concentration-effect pair by supplied units.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter pairId, concentrationUnit, effectUnit. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Enter pairId, concentrationUnit, effectUnit using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| pairId | Pair Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| concentrationUnit | Concentration Unit | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| effectUnit | Effect Unit | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

| token | Token | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

"pairId": "P17",

"output": {

} Limitations and assumptions
- The result records supplied values without estimating a relationship. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use the full assay controls, measurement units and response-model definition when estimating an effect. Fit or evaluate the intended concentration-response relationship explicitly; a control ratio, complement or parameter label does not infer that relationship.
