Leishmania Amastigote LD Body Score Light-Moderate-High Rater
Retrieve leishmania amastigote ld body score light-moderate-high rater from caller independently verified exact-key records with source, context and date. No built-in authoritative table, hidden model, clinical recommendation or automatic compliance determination.
Description
Look up caller-supplied reference text by an exact grading protocol and observed score key, retaining source, context and date without independently verifying the evidence.
Microscopy intensity grades depend on the grading protocol and how observations were sampled. A reference lookup needs both that convention and the recorded score.
When to use this tool
Look up caller-supplied reference text by an exact grading protocol and observed score key, retaining source, context and date without independently verifying the evidence.
- Prepare the supplied callerVerifiedSource, callerVerifiedContext, callerVerifiedAsOfDate, gradingProtocolAndObservedScore, callerReferenceKeys, callerReferenceTexts fields for this operation.
- Compare the complete example with the representation used by your own input before carrying the result into another step.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter the independently checked source, applicability context and reference date, then supply aligned lists of exact keys and their evidence texts.
- Enter gradingProtocolAndObservedScore with the exact spelling used by one inventory key and run the tool. Correct validation errors before interpreting the result.
- Read result.matched first. If true, inspect result.referenceText and its provenance; if false, check the key spelling or add an appropriate verified record to your inventory. A match alone does not validate the evidence.
Require nonblank callerVerifiedSource/callerVerifiedContext and a valid Gregorian callerVerifiedAsOfDate. Require nonempty aligned callerReferenceKeys/callerReferenceTexts with unique exact keys. Search for gradingProtocolAndObservedScore using case-sensitive equality without trimming it for matching. A match returns matched true and its referenceText; absence returns matched false and referenceText null. Echo source, context and asOfDate in both cases. No external source is fetched or authenticated.1
| Input field | Meaning and representation | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| callerVerifiedSource | Source/edition identifier you supply for the evidence. | Nonblank text, at most 1,024 code units; not authenticated |
| callerVerifiedContext | Applicability, jurisdiction, device or scientific context you supply. | Nonblank text, at most 1,024 code units; not authenticated |
| callerVerifiedAsOfDate | Reference date supplied by you; retained with the result. | Valid Gregorian YYYY-MM-DD date; not proof of freshness |
| gradingProtocolAndObservedScore | grading protocol and observed score. | Text; at most 8,192 UTF-16 code units, subject to the grammar above |
| callerReferenceKeys | Unique exact lookup keys aligned with the evidence texts. | 1–128 distinct nonblank strings, each at most 128 code units |
| callerReferenceTexts | Evidence text aligned one-for-one with callerReferenceKeys; provided by you, not fetched. | 1–128 nonblank strings of at most 512 code units each |
| Output field | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| result | Object containing the named outputs below. |
| result.matched | Whether the supplied query exactly matched one callerReferenceKeys entry; this does not verify the evidence. |
| result.referenceText | Caller-supplied evidence for the matching key, or null when no key matched. |
| result.source | The source/edition label supplied by the caller, echoed without independent authentication. |
| result.context | The supplied applicability context, echoed unchanged. |
| result.asOfDate | The supplied reference date, validated as a calendar date rather than independently verified for currency. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- The tool does not inspect a smear, count amastigotes or assign an LD-body grade. A matched evidence record is supplied text rather than a validated assessment of parasite burden.
- Every declared top-level field is required and unexpected fields are rejected. Numeric inputs must be finite; ordinary text fields are bounded to 8,192 UTF-16 code units, with tighter operation-specific limits where stated.
- Reference keys are limited to 128 distinct nonblank strings of at most 128 code units each; their aligned nonblank evidence texts may each contain up to 512 code units. Nonfinite results and excessively large serialized outputs are rejected.
- Indexes are zero-based and spans have an exclusive end unless explicitly stated otherwise. A valid false, null or empty-list result is distinct from malformed input.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Combine recorded observations with a validated method, appropriate controls and the complete specimen context. Use original qualified references when reviewing species, stages or product information; a supplied-record match, sample ratio or historical flag is only the stated piece of evidence.
