For positive maximumScore and totalImportance, importance within totalImportance, and performance and satisfaction within maximumScore return each contribution=importance*value/(maximumScore*totalImportance), plus weightShare=importance/totalImportance.
Activity and assistive-task records distinguish planned, attempted, completed, assisted, observed, and optional components. Shares depend on the selected denominator and credit policy. A supplied code, geometry, or time-budget calculation is separate from evaluating an individual's function or safe access.

- Inputs are supplied bounded scales and importance weights. These are one item's normalized contributions, not a complete validated client-centered assessment, interval-scale justification, or clinical outcome interpretation.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
