Description
Subtract discount from goods and optionally add freight for taxableBase.
A tax or rebate calculation depends on a valuation base, fractional rate, sequencing, and explicit inclusions or exclusions. Those inputs must come from the applicable jurisdiction and transaction rules.
Subtract discount from goods and optionally add freight for taxableBase.
When to use this tool
Use Overseas Sales Vat Caller Base when you need a supplied-rule tax-base or payment component.
How to use the tool and how it works

- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.

} Limitations and assumptions
- Rate is fractional and the freight rule is supplied; no jurisdiction, exemption, invoice compliance, or tax liability is selected.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
