Export Document Signature Date Order Tool

Compare explicit export-document and signature calendar dates without determining document validity or customs compliance.

Description

Check a recorded document signature date against its document date.

Cross-border business records combine named parties, contract versions, currencies, fees, shipment terms and local-time transcriptions. A supplied rate direction or fee currency determines arithmetic, while an authentic-language or trade-rule label remains a record assertion. Local calculations do not establish actual settlement or governing obligations.

Check a recorded document signature date against its document date.

When to use this tool

Use Export Document Signature Date Order when you already have documentDate, signatureDate and need to check a recorded document signature date against its document date.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter documentDate, signatureDate. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read signatureOnOrAfterDocument, signedDayGap. Inspect signatureOnOrAfterDocument before interpreting the associated values.

Parse real UTC dates; return signature-document in days and signature>=document as the order flag.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • A valid ordered date pair does not establish authenticity, authority, document validity or actual signing.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the original agreement, invoice, shipment and payment records with their stated editions and currency bases. Use complete contractual and valuation rules for actual obligations; supplied shares, labels and conversions are auditable components of that review.
