Description
Parse both exact 1:n dilution labels with positive safe-integer n and no leading zeros.
Immune-assay data can contain raw signals, blanks, gated event counts, dilution labels, and research thresholds. Their units and denominators differ, and arithmetic on supplied values is separate from assay validation or clinical interpretation.
Parse both exact 1:n dilution labels with positive safe-integer n and no leading zeros.
When to use this tool
Use Antibody Dilution Label Ratio when you need one transparent research-assay calculation or event-accounting check.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter firstLabel, secondLabel. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read ratio. Use the output convention below.
Parse both exact 1:n dilution labels with positive safe-integer n and no leading zeros. Divide the second reciprocal by the first.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| firstLabel | First Label | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| secondLabel | Second Label | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| ratio | Ratio on the numerator and denominator basis stated above. | Required. Finite number. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- The result compares denominator magnitudes; it is not automatically the ratio of remaining concentrations, which reverses the dilution relationship.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
