Description

Return zero-based indexes where both flags are true and their count as usablePairs.

Hospitality plans use room counts, covers, service durations, portions, and stock balances. A local component applies supplied operational rules without confirming actual availability, service quality, or adequate capacity.

Return zero-based indexes where both flags are true and their count as usablePairs.

When to use this tool

Use Hotel Connecting Room Usable Pair Count when you need one explicit hospitality planning or reconciliation component.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter firstAvailable, secondAvailable. Keep parallel arrays aligned. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read usablePairs, indexes. Use the output convention below.

Require aligned firstAvailable and secondAvailable arrays. Return zero-based indexes where both flags are true and their count as usablePairs.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • Rows must already represent valid connecting-room pairs; physical connections, duplicated rooms across pairs, and live booking availability are not checked.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Check the complete booking, layout, staffing, and service plan before relying on an operational estimate.
