- ClockHour is 1-12 and minute is 0-59; side does not change angle and mirrored is not included in sourceKey. Orientation, anatomical location, and clinical meaning are not independently verified.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
