GMP Equipment Status Tag

Qualify an explicit equipment status record without determining equipment readiness.

Description

Attach a supplied manufacturing-equipment status label to its reference record.

Manufacturing quality records connect batch and material IDs, controlled versions, signatures, counts and calendar references. A status label or residual can expose a record convention while actual release, personnel qualification and compliance require verified evidence and authorized procedures. A recorded release label does not itself release anything.

Attach a supplied manufacturing-equipment status label to its reference record.

When to use this tool

Use GMP Equipment Status Tag when checking the stated manufacturing record, count or calendar-margin convention.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter equipmentId, statusWording, sourceRecordId. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read token. Use the output convention below.

Require nonempty equipment ID, status wording and source-record ID. Encode the ordered tuple as JSON text.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • Status wording is not constrained to a controlled vocabulary; calibration, equipment readiness and compliant use are not verified.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review original controlled records, applicable quality requirements and qualified authorized personnel for actual material, equipment or batch decisions.
