GMP Batch Status Token

Label an explicit manufacturing batch status without certifying release or GMP compliance.

Description

Attach a caller-supplied status token to a manufacturing batch identifier.

Manufacturing quality records connect batch and material IDs, controlled versions, signatures, counts and calendar references. A status label or residual can expose a record convention while actual release, personnel qualification and compliance require verified evidence and authorized procedures. A recorded release label does not itself release anything.

Attach a caller-supplied status token to a manufacturing batch identifier.

When to use this tool

Use GMP Batch Status Token when checking the stated manufacturing record, count or calendar-margin convention.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter batchId, status. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read label. Use the output convention below.

Require nonempty batch ID and status planned, in-process, held, released, rejected or unspecified. Format batchId [status].1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The status is a supplied label; it does not inspect records, alter batch state or authorize release.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review original controlled records, applicable quality requirements and qualified authorized personnel for actual material, equipment or batch decisions.
