Description

Record a laboratory sample's supplied disposition code.

Laboratory study records track plans, test items, specimens, amendments, personnel and archived source data. A metadata tuple can preserve a link without authenticating the record or establishing compliance. An instrument date margin is distinct from demonstrated calibration and fitness for use.

Record a laboratory sample's supplied disposition code.

When to use this tool

Use GLP Sample Disposition Code when checking the stated laboratory-study record or validity-date convention.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter sampleId, dispositionCode, codeSource. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read token. Use the output convention below.

Require nonempty sample ID, disposition code and code source. Encode the ordered triple as JSON text.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The code vocabulary and actual sample disposition are not validated or executed.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Use verified controlled study records and the applicable complete laboratory quality requirements with qualified responsible personnel for actual decisions.
