Description
Record a laboratory staff role and its supplied start-date transcription.
Laboratory study records track plans, test items, specimens, amendments, personnel and archived source data. A metadata tuple can preserve a link without authenticating the record or establishing compliance. An instrument date margin is distinct from demonstrated calibration and fitness for use.
Record a laboratory staff role and its supplied start-date transcription.
When to use this tool
Use GLP Personnel Role Start Date when checking the stated laboratory-study record or validity-date convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter personnelId, roleWording, suppliedStartDate. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Require nonempty personnel ID, role wording and supplied start-date text. Encode them in that order as JSON text.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| personnelId | Personnel Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| roleWording | Role Wording | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| suppliedStartDate | Nonempty date wording preserved without date parsing. | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| token | JSON-encoded ordered tuple or literal token under the convention above; not a database lookup or authentication result. | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
{
"input": {
"personnelId": "P17",
"roleWording": "reviewer",
"suppliedStartDate": "2026-11-01"
},
"output": {
"token": "[\"P17\",\"reviewer\",\"2026-11-01\"]"
}
} Limitations and assumptions
- Start-date text is not parsed; role authority, qualifications, actual appointment and GLP compliance are not verified.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use verified controlled study records and the applicable complete laboratory quality requirements with qualified responsible personnel for actual decisions.
