Go Nogo Commission Denominator Choice Tool

Calculate go nogo commission denominator choice from explicit caller-supplied inputs.

Description

Divide commission errors by no-go-minus-excluded trials.

Trial records can encode conditions, response keys, inclusion masks and blind-code mappings. Literal membership and balanced counts describe the supplied records; they do not establish valid randomization, effective blinding or clinical conclusions.

Divide commission errors by no-go-minus-excluded trials.

When to use this tool

Use Go Nogo Commission Denominator Choice when you need a specified experimental-record or allocation-index check.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter commissionErrors, nogoTrials, excludedNogo. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read eligibleNogo, commissionRate. Use the output convention below.

Require positive no-go trials, excluded count below total and errors no greater than eligible. Divide commission errors by no-go-minus-excluded trials.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • Only eligible no-go trials form the denominator. This descriptive rate is not a validated clinical score or assessment of inhibitory ability by itself.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the complete experimental design, controlled mappings and source records. Validate actual randomization, permissions, missingness and analysis assumptions rather than inferring them from one token or count.
