Description
Correct a radio-log timestamp with a supplied radio-minus-reference offset.
Emergency records distinguish event clocks, retrospective entry times, equipment dates, encounter identifiers and recorded triage or laboratory states. A supplied time gap is not a verified performance measure, and a recorded seal expiry does not establish equipment readiness. Simulation duty fractions and role labels describe training records rather than emergency-care instructions.
Correct a radio-log timestamp with a supplied radio-minus-reference offset.
When to use this tool
Use Ambulance Radio Log Clock Offset when you already have radioTimestamp, radioMinusReferenceOffset and need to correct a radio-log timestamp with a supplied radio-minus-reference offset.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter radioTimestamp, radioMinusReferenceOffset. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read referenceTimestamp. Use the output convention below.
Return radioTimestamp-radioMinusReferenceOffset.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| radioTimestamp | Radio Timestamp | Required. Finite number. |
| radioMinusReferenceOffset | Radio Minus Reference Offset | Required. Finite number. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| referenceTimestamp | Reference Timestamp | Required. Finite number. |

"output": {
"referenceTimestamp": 115
}
} Limitations and assumptions
- Subtraction follows the stated sign convention. No radio clock, timezone, drift or real event chronology is verified.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review the actual event, equipment and laboratory records with verified timing and the complete clinical workflow. Treat local flags and interval arithmetic as record checks; they do not supply triage, response protocols, safe staffing or an assessment of a real emergency.
