Takedown Request Response SLA Day Counter
Audit declared takedown response SLA using actual completion or censored pending age, retaining signed margin; no lawful takedown deadline or merits determination.
Description
A takedown response audit compares elapsed handling time with an explicitly supplied service target.
A takedown response audit compares elapsed handling time with an explicitly supplied service target. Pending requests have an observed age rather than a completed response duration.1
Audit declared takedown response SLA using actual completion or censored pending age, retaining signed margin; no lawful takedown deadline or merits determination.
When to use Takedown Request Response SLA Day Counter
Use this tool to audit declared takedown response SLA using actual completion or censored pending age, retaining signed margin; no lawful takedown deadline or merits determination.
Prepare the inventory, measurements or policy dates for the collection and reporting period. Confirm units, record order and any independently established thresholds or permissions.
How to use Takedown Request Response SLA Day Counter and understand its results
- Prepare the inventory, measurements or policy dates for the collection and reporting period. Confirm units, record order and any independently established thresholds or permissions.
- Enter requestReceivedOrdinals, responseCompletedOrdinals, completedResponseFlags, callerResponseSlaDays, asOfDayOrdinal using the field table and calculation rules, then run the tool.
- Read observedResponseElapsedDays, signedSlaRemainingDays, overSlaFlags, pendingResponseCount. The explanation below defines the units, signs, ordering and any flags or placeholder values.
- If the tool reports an input issue, correct the values and run it again. Apply the stated assumptions when interpreting a successfully returned result.
| Input field | Meaning | Value type; see rules below | Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| requestReceivedOrdinals | Request received ordinals | list of number | Required |
| responseCompletedOrdinals | Response completed ordinals | list of number | Required |
| completedResponseFlags | Completed response flags | list of number | Required |
| callerResponseSlaDays | Caller response sla days | list of number | Required |
| asOfDayOrdinal | As of day ordinal | integer | Required |
Pair nonnegative integer request, completion and SLA day lists with binary completion flags and an as-of ordinal. Requests must be observed by as-of; flagged completions must fall between receipt and as-of. Pending completion placeholders are ignored in elapsed time. Return elapsed days, signed target margins, strict over-target flags and pending count. Equality with the target is not over target.
Paired lists must be nonempty and have equal lengths.
elapsed = (completed ? completion : asOf)−received; margin = SLA−elapsed; overTarget = elapsed>SLA Units, indexing, boundary conditions and exceptional cases are defined in the calculation rules above.
| Output field | Meaning | Value type |
|---|---|---|
| observedResponseElapsedDays | Observed response elapsed days | list of number |
| signedSlaRemainingDays | Signed sla remaining days | list of number |
| overSlaFlags | Over sla flags | list of number |
| pendingResponseCount | Pending response count | number |

} Limitations and assumptions
These are supplied workflow targets, not legal takedown deadlines or a decision about the request's merits. Pending age is right-censored and can increase. Use one consistent ordinal origin.
Numeric inputs must be finite. Follow the calculation-specific rules for overflow, underflow and exceptional cases. Numeric lists are limited to 100,000 entries; the rules above may require smaller limits. Missing required fields, extra fields, wrong value types and violations of the calculation rules are input errors.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use Paging Request Queue Wait Time Average Calculator: Report actual completed request wait mean separately from pending right-censored lower bounds; no treating missing completion as zero or survival-adjusted service level. For a complementary task, use Retention Period Expiry Eligibility Checker: Separate declared expiry from caller hold/review gating, preserving expired-but-held records; eligibility flags are workflow policy, not lawful destruction permission.
