Disposal Certificate Batch Reference Generator
Generate deterministic references for actual independently authorized disposal batch and approved record IDs. Caller namespace/batch uniqueness external; no execution/deletion, legal authorization, issued certificate or cryptographic authenticity.
Description
A disposal batch reference links approved record IDs to an institution and authorized batch.
A disposal batch reference links approved record IDs to an institution and authorized batch.1
Identifier formatting does not grant disposal authority or perform disposal. Use this tool to calculate the stated observation or conditional model from supplied measurements.
When to use Disposal Certificate Batch Reference Generator
Use this tool to calculate the stated observation or conditional model from supplied measurements. Establish the institution, collection/material context, applicable standards or authority, reference date and measurement units.
How to use Disposal Certificate Batch Reference Generator and understand its results
- Establish the institution, collection/material context, applicable standards or authority, reference date and measurement units.
- Enter institutionNamespace, callerAuthorizedDisposalBatchId, actualApprovedRecordIds, using the field meanings and rules below, then run the tool.
- Read result.disposalBatchReference, result.recordReferences. Interpret each field using the units, signs and evidence rules below.
- If input validation fails, correct the reported field and run again. Before applying a successful result, check the stated reference scope, units, assumptions and any retained unknown evidence.
| Input field | Meaning | Value type | Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| institutionNamespace | Institution namespace | string | Required |
| callerAuthorizedDisposalBatchId | Caller authorized disposal batch id | string | Required |
| actualApprovedRecordIds | Actual approved record ids | list of string | Required |
Require institution and authorized batch IDs each matching 1–64 ASCII letters, digits, underscores or hyphens. Supply nonempty unique nonblank approved record IDs; the common string-list validator limits each to 128 UTF-16 units even though this function has an additional 256-unit guard. Form institution:batch and append :oneBasedPosition:encodeURIComponent(recordId) for each ordered record. No disposal, authorization or existing-ID reservation occurs.
batchReference=institution+":"+authorizedBatch; recordReference_i=batchReference+":"+(i+1)+":"+encodeURIComponent(recordId_i) Apply the field units and exact ordering, boundary and evidence rules above.
| Output field | Meaning | Value type |
|---|---|---|
| result | Structured result containing the calculation or selected reference fields below | object |
| result.disposalBatchReference | Institution namespace joined to the independently authorized batch ID | string |
| result.recordReferences | Proposed references with one-based record positions and URI-encoded record IDs | list of string |

} Limitations and assumptions
Identifier formatting does not grant disposal authority or perform disposal. Results depend on the independently established measurement basis and the exact model assumptions above.
Every listed input requires an explicit value. Unexpected fields, incorrect value types, nonfinite numbers and sparse numeric arrays fail validation; tool-specific bounds and alignment rules apply as described above. Extremely large inputs or outputs can also be rejected. An input error is distinct from a successful calculation that reports a false comparison or retains unknown evidence.
