Apply an explicit credit fraction to attended training hours without determining accreditation.

Description

Apply a supplied training-credit fraction to attended hours.

Extension records distinguish participant groups, recognition credits, demonstration labels, communication intervals and source editions. A credited-hour product is a supplied recognition convention rather than assessed competence. Copy shortfalls and access-format labels do not establish actual distribution, usability or learning outcomes.

Limitations and assumptions

  • Credit fraction is a supplied recognition policy, not a verified qualification or assessed learning. No actual attendance, competence or entitlement is established.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Use original session, participant, material, source and feedback records with the complete outreach evaluation. Check access and context before interpreting local counts or labels as effective advice or suitable educational support.
