Description
Uncapped credit=cost*fraction; credit=min(rent,cap,uncapped) and rentBalance=rent-credit.
Agribusiness records use explicit price bases, commissions, returns, minimum charges, credits and tax assumptions. A supplied arithmetic rule can reconcile a scenario while actual acceptance, contractual rights and legal liability require the governing agreement. Signed residual balances can be useful evidence of overpayment or inconsistent inputs.
Uncapped credit=cost*fraction; credit=min(rent,cap,uncapped) and rentBalance=rent-credit.
When to use this tool
Use Agricultural Lease Input Credit Balance when checking the stated caller-defined price, fee, return or settlement convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter cashRent, tenantInputCost, eligibleFraction, creditCap. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read uncappedCredit, credit, rentBalance. Use the output convention below.
Require nonnegative rent, tenant input cost and cap, with eligible fraction in [0,1]. Uncapped credit=cost*fraction; credit=min(rent, cap, uncapped) and rentBalance=rent-credit.1

} Limitations and assumptions
- Eligibility, input ownership and lease terms are supplied; the arithmetic does not establish an enforceable credit.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
