Description
Record an explicit prior-learning evidence item, assessor and supplied assessment code.
Adult-education records distinguish qualification credits, recognized evidence, contact time, access formats and consent assertions. Clock hours need not match institutional credit-hour definitions, and missed hours can be a separate recorded category rather than completed study. A selected format label does not establish real accessibility.
Record an explicit prior-learning evidence item, assessor and supplied assessment code.
When to use this tool
Use Prior Learning Evidence Assessor Code when you already have evidenceId, assessorId, assessmentCode and need to record an explicit prior-learning evidence item, assessor and supplied assessment code.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter evidenceId, assessorId, assessmentCode. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Enter evidenceId, assessorId, assessmentCode using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| evidenceId | Evidence Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| assessorId | Assessor Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| assessmentCode | Assessment Code | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| token | Token | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

"input": {
"evidenceId": "E17",
"assessorId": "A4",
"assessmentCode": "reviewed"
},
"output": {
"token": "[\"E17\",\"A4\",\"reviewed\"]"

} Limitations and assumptions
- The record preserves supplied identifiers, wording and provenance; it does not authenticate the source, resolve an identifier, retrieve evidence or verify the asserted relationship.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review learner needs, source evidence, qualification rules and actual course records. Use the complete educational and recognition process when local balances, dates or labels cannot establish competence, eligibility or a feasible access arrangement.
