Joint Map Point Region Label

Associate an explicitly identified joint-map point with supplied region wording without anatomical lookup.

Description

Associate an explicitly identified joint-map point with supplied region wording.

Rheumatology records distinguish observed findings, unassessed joints, anatomical chart labels and instrument/source versions. A not-assessed state differs from an assessed negative finding, while a censored laboratory value differs from an exact measurement. Durations and labels retain their source conventions and do not themselves constitute a diagnosis or disease-activity score.

Associate an explicitly identified joint-map point with supplied region wording.

When to use this tool

Use Joint Map Point Region Label when you already have mapId, pointId, recordedRegion and need to associate an explicitly identified joint-map point with supplied region wording.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter mapId, pointId, recordedRegion. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read token. Use the output convention below.

Enter mapId, pointId, recordedRegion using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The result records supplied values without anatomical lookup. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the original chart, instrument version and laboratory reporting convention for substantive interpretation. Preserve unassessed findings and censoring separately from recorded negatives and exact values; a local label or duration conversion does not assemble a disease-activity assessment.
