Rehab Goal Client Priority

Record an explicit client-assigned goal rating on supplied bounds without prioritizing clinical care.

Loading tool…

Description

Normalize a client's rehabilitation-goal priority within supplied endpoints.

Rehabilitation records separate client priorities, scheduled attendance, assistance codes, video coordinates and exercise logs. A missed scheduled visit differs from an unscheduled day, and a frame timestamp assumes a frame-rate model. Local counts or offsets do not evaluate movement quality, recovery, safe exercise or appropriate care.

Normalize a client's rehabilitation-goal priority within supplied endpoints.

When to use this tool

Use Rehab Goal Client Priority when you already have goalId, clientRating, scaleMinimum, scaleMaximum and need to normalize a client's rehabilitation-goal priority within supplied endpoints.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter goalId, clientRating, scaleMinimum, scaleMaximum. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read label, normalizedPosition. Use the output convention below.

Require maximum>minimum and clientRating within endpoints; return (rating-min)/(max-min) and preserve raw rating in a label.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • A scale position is not clinical urgency, treatment benefit or validated comparison across different scales.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the actual attendance schedule, movement recording and stated outcome instrument. For timing, use acquisition timestamps when frame rate varies; keep client priorities and exercise logs separate from a validated assessment of recovery.
