Periodontal Site Photo Reference

Associate explicit periodontal site, photo, and annotation identifiers without image interpretation.

Description

Associate explicit periodontal site, photo, and annotation identifiers.

Periodontal charts distinguish planned, excluded and unmeasured sites, anatomical ordering, reference landmarks and sign conventions. An unassessed site differs from a recorded negative finding, and an apical-positive coordinate needs its stated reference. These local records and corrections do not produce an examination, disease grade or treatment recommendation.

Associate explicit periodontal site, photo, and annotation identifiers.

When to use this tool

Use Periodontal Site Photo Reference when you already have siteId, photoId, annotationId and need to associate explicit periodontal site, photo, and annotation identifiers.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter siteId, photoId, annotationId. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read token. Use the output convention below.

Enter siteId, photoId, annotationId using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The result records supplied values without image interpretation. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review the source chart's site order, landmark and sign convention before combining measurements. Apply the full documented examination and scoring method for an assessment; a site label, correction delta or recorded bleeding flag is only one record component.
