Description
Associate an explicit vaccine record with supplied product and lot wording.
Pediatric records need clear age units, measurement position, reference-chart version, caregiver identity and sample-volume basis. Offered-minus-residual volume differs from verified consumption, and a size label does not select a suitable device. Recording these values does not assess growth, developmental state, nutrition or appropriate clinical care.
Associate an explicit vaccine record with supplied product and lot wording.
When to use this tool
Use Vaccine Record Lot Token when you already have recordId, productWording, lotId and need to associate an explicit vaccine record with supplied product and lot wording.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter recordId, productWording, lotId. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Enter recordId, productWording, lotId using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| recordId | Record Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| productWording | Product Wording | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| lotId | Lot Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| token | Token | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

"productWording": "Product A",

"output": {

} Limitations and assumptions
- The result records supplied values without recommending vaccination. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Consult the original sample, measurement-position and reference-chart records before combining pediatric data. Keep supplied age units, offered/residual volumes and caregiver roles explicit; local conversions and labels do not provide a growth or nutrition assessment.
