Description
Label a child's recorded recumbent, standing or other measurement position.
Pediatric records need clear age units, measurement position, reference-chart version, caregiver identity and sample-volume basis. Offered-minus-residual volume differs from verified consumption, and a size label does not select a suitable device. Recording these values does not assess growth, developmental state, nutrition or appropriate clinical care.
Label a child's recorded recumbent, standing or other measurement position.
When to use this tool
Use Child Measurement Recumbent Standing Tag when you already have measurementId, position and need to label a child's recorded recumbent, standing or other measurement position.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter measurementId, position. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read tag. Use the output convention below.
Require measurementId nonempty and an allowed position; format ID [position].1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| measurementId | Measurement Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| position | Position | Required. Text; one of "recumbent", "standing", "other", "unspecified"; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| tag | Tag | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
{
"input": {
"measurementId": "M17",
"position": "recumbent"
},
"output": {
"tag": "M17 [recumbent]"
}
} Limitations and assumptions
- No posture, measurement equivalence, growth reference or clinical interpretation is verified.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Consult the original sample, measurement-position and reference-chart records before combining pediatric data. Keep supplied age units, offered/residual volumes and caregiver roles explicit; local conversions and labels do not provide a growth or nutrition assessment.
