Description
Label a supplied osteopathy visit duration.
Research and visit records distinguish quoted claims, observation codes, comparator descriptions, raters and recorded cointerventions. A metadata link or protocol-review flag is not evidence of efficacy or a validated clinical finding. Time labels and coordinate offsets preserve supplied conventions without assessing a person or recommending an intervention.
Label a supplied osteopathy visit duration.
When to use this tool
Use Osteopathy Visit Duration Label when you already have visitId, startMinutes, endMinutes and need to label a supplied osteopathy visit duration.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter visitId, startMinutes, endMinutes. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read durationMinutes, label. Use the output convention below.
Require visitId nonempty and endMinutes>=startMinutes; return end-start and a minute-duration label.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| visitId | Visit Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| startMinutes | Start Minutes | Required. Finite number. |
| endMinutes | End Minutes | Required. Finite number. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| durationMinutes | Duration Minutes | Required. Finite number. |
| label | Label | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- Recorded duration does not establish treatment delivery, effectiveness, appropriate care or billing entitlement.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review original research protocols, comparator definitions and recorded observations for study interpretation. Assess reported findings and efficacy through the relevant evidence rather than treating a preserved claim, rater order or visit-duration label as validation.
