Description
Label a questionnaire's supplied recall days and assessment date.
Oncology records distinguish individual lesion measurements, missingness reasons, source coding, visit timing and assigned treatment-line labels. A signed axis change is not automatically a response category or stage. Clinical endpoints and regimen records require their verified definitions; local arithmetic and transcription do not determine diagnosis, outcome or treatment.
Label a questionnaire's supplied recall days and assessment date.
When to use this tool
Use Oncology Questionnaire Recall Period when you already have questionnaireId, recallDays, assessmentDate and need to label a questionnaire's supplied recall days and assessment date.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter questionnaireId, recallDays, assessmentDate. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read label. Use the output convention below.
Require questionnaireId nonempty, nonnegative safe whole recallDays and real UTC assessmentDate; format questionnaire; recall=N days as of date.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |

| questionnaireId | Questionnaire Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| recallDays | Recall Days | Required. Safe integer; minimum 0. |
| assessmentDate | Assessment Date | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. Real proleptic Gregorian YYYY-MM-DD; four-digit years 0000-9999 accepted. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |

| label | Label | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- The tool does not select a recall window, generate its start date, score responses or assess clinical status.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use the complete source-defined lesion, registry and outcome criteria with verified records for an assessment. Keep missingness reasons, measurement axes and assigned treatment-line wording explicit; a single signed dimension change or event-date token does not establish response or stage.
