Description
Count distinct IDs and IDs with at least one row satisfying all three flags; return their share when nonempty, otherwise zero with defined=false.
Pregnancy and birth research records distinguish observed and estimated values, dating anchors, day coordinates, time precision, clock offsets, and source permissions. A notation conversion or interval comparison does not determine a clinical date or validate consent. The supplied reference convention and uncertainty need to remain visible.
Count distinct IDs and IDs with at least one row satisfying all three flags; return their share when nonempty, otherwise zero with defined=false.
When to use this tool
Use Fetal Image Caliper Support Share when you need this supplied research age, date, interval, clock, provenance, or record-rule calculation.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter caliperIds, firstEndpointValid, secondEndpointValid, scaleVerified. Keep parallel arrays aligned. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read calipers, supportedCalipers, share, defined. Inspect defined before interpreting the associated values.
Require aligned caliperIds and endpoint-validity/scaleVerified flags. Count distinct IDs and IDs with at least one row satisfying all three flags; return their share when nonempty, otherwise zero with defined=false.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| caliperIds | Caliper Ids | Required. Array of text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192; maximum items 256. |
| firstEndpointValid | First Endpoint Valid | Required. Array of boolean; maximum items 256. |
| secondEndpointValid | Second Endpoint Valid | Required. Array of boolean; maximum items 256. |
| scaleVerified | Scale Verified | Required. Array of boolean; maximum items 256. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| calipers | Calipers | Required. Safe integer. |
| supportedCalipers | Supported Calipers | Required. Safe integer. |
| share | Dimensionless share using the stated denominator, not a percentage numeral. | Required. Finite number. |
| defined | Whether the stated denominator or quantity is defined; inspect before using a placeholder. | Required. Boolean. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- Duplicate rows count once per ID and one supported row is sufficient to credit it. Flags are supplied, not determined from images, and the share does not validate fetal anatomy, image quality, measurement accuracy, or a clinical finding.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use verified dates and sources together with the intended research or clinical assessment process. Check dating anchors, clock conventions, uncertainty, and whether a supplied reporting rule is appropriate for the question.
