Supply a positive reference-period duration in minutes and a nonempty matrix of finite interval pairs. Each start must be nonnegative, each end at most the period, and each end no earlier than its start. Sort copies by start then end; merge overlapping or touching intervals before summing their lengths. Return union minutes, 100×minutes/period and minutes/1440 as possibly fractional day equivalents. Zero-length intervals are accepted. This does not count legal overnights, select an allocation or parse calendar/timezone rules.

Every listed input requires an explicit value.
