Description
Classify a recorded immune-marker code against three distinct supplied codes.
Immunological records separate assay controls, marker codes, censoring, replicate identity and instrument signal conventions. Background-relative ratios need their exact control definition and may extend beyond a unit interval. Flow-detector quantities retain their native instrument units; a local ratio or source label does not classify a cell or establish immunity.
Classify a recorded immune-marker code against three distinct supplied codes.
When to use this tool
Use Immune Marker Positivity Code when you already have recordedCode, positiveCode, negativeCode, missingCode and need to classify a recorded immune-marker code against three distinct supplied codes.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter recordedCode, positiveCode, negativeCode, missingCode. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read status. Use the output convention below.
Require positive/negative/missing codes pairwise distinct; return recorded-positive, recorded-negative, missing or unrecognized by literal equality.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| recordedCode | Recorded Code | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| positiveCode | Positive Code | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| negativeCode | Negative Code | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| missingCode | Must differ from positiveCode and negativeCode; distinct empty codes are otherwise permitted. | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| status | Status | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- Empty code strings may be supplied if distinct; no marker, assay result, threshold, immunity or clinical meaning is evaluated.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review the original assay, control, detector and gating records for substantive interpretation. Use the complete validated analysis with explicit units and censoring treatment; a source token, local subtraction or normalization term does not establish a biological or clinical conclusion.
