Description
Return missing for an exact missing-token match and recognized for that match or literal allowed membership.
Personal health and activity records use supplied observations, labels, and time intervals. A formatter or simple summary can organize those records without assessing health, diagnosing a condition, or recommending treatment.
Return missing for an exact missing-token match and recognized for that match or literal allowed membership.
When to use this tool
Use Self Report Scale Unanswered Item Token when you need a bounded personal-record calculation with explicit units and date conventions.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter token, missingToken, allowed. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read missing, recognized. Inspect missing, recognized before interpreting the associated values.
Require missingToken outside allowed responses. Return missing for an exact missing-token match and recognized for that match or literal allowed membership.1

} Limitations and assumptions
- Missing is recognized as a record state rather than an answered item; no questionnaire scoring, validated scale, diagnosis, or missing-value imputation is performed.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review the original observations and consult an appropriate health professional for clinical interpretation or care decisions.
