Calculate the signed calendar age of a dated provider-directory listing.
Health-policy records use explicit benefit codes, payment units, directory dates and administrative periods. A supplied cap, deductible or covered-code list defines a bookkeeping scenario; determining actual eligibility or obligations requires the governing policy. Date boundaries, currency bases and distance units must remain explicit.

Parse real four-digit YYYY-MM-DD dates at UTC midnight. Return currentAsOfDate-listedAsOfDate divided by 86400000 as signedAgeDays.1

- Future listing dates give negative ages; no actual directory currency, provider availability or freshness limit is determined.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
