Description
Reorder gynecological measurement values and their axis labels using an explicit permutation.
Gynecological records connect dates, laterality, specimen sites, device lots and measurement-axis labels. A day index or axis permutation describes supplied record conventions without predicting physiology or verifying anatomy. Screening codes and recall wording require their original clinical source and context.
Reorder gynecological measurement values and their axis labels using an explicit permutation.
When to use this tool
Use Gynecologic Measurement Axis Order when checking the stated gynecological record, calendar index or measurement-order convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter measurements, axisLabels, requestedOrder. Follow any array-alignment requirements below. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read orderedMeasurements, orderedLabels. Use the output convention below.
Require aligned nonnegative measurements, axis labels and requested-order indices. Indices must be unique, whole and cover the existing index range; reorder measurements and labels together.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| measurements | Measurements | Required. Array of finite number; maximum items 256. |
| axisLabels | Axis Labels | Required. Array of text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192; maximum items 256. |
| requestedOrder | Zero-based permutation of all existing measurement indices; labels move with their matching values. | Required. Array of safe integer; maximum items 256. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| orderedMeasurements | Ordered Measurements | Required. Array of finite number; maximum items 256. |
| orderedLabels | Ordered Labels | Required. Array of text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192; maximum items 256. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- This is a permutation of supplied axes, not image registration, anatomical orientation verification or clinical measurement interpretation.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use verified records, validated instruments and qualified medical interpretation for actual screening, symptoms, fertility or other care decisions.
