Description
Label a bleeding-diary value with its caller-supplied unit wording.
Gynecological records connect dates, laterality, specimen sites, device lots and measurement-axis labels. A day index or axis permutation describes supplied record conventions without predicting physiology or verifying anatomy. Screening codes and recall wording require their original clinical source and context.
Label a bleeding-diary value with its caller-supplied unit wording.
When to use this tool
Use Bleeding Diary Record Unit when checking the stated gynecological record, calendar index or measurement-order convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter entryId, reportedValue, unitWording. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read label. Use the output convention below.
Require nonempty entry/unit wording and reportedValue>=0. Format entryId; value unitWording.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| entryId | Entry Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| reportedValue | Reported Value | Required. Finite number; minimum 0. |
| unitWording | Nonempty caller-supplied diary unit label, not a validated bleeding severity scale. | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| label | Formatted supplied record wording; no independent validation of its substantive meaning. | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- The value and unit are recorded, not validated against an instrument; bleeding severity, diagnosis and appropriate care are not determined.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use verified records, validated instruments and qualified medical interpretation for actual screening, symptoms, fertility or other care decisions.
