Description
Link a manufacturing-room cleaning record to its stated release reference.
Manufacturing quality records connect batch and material IDs, controlled versions, signatures, counts and calendar references. A status label or residual can expose a record convention while actual release, personnel qualification and compliance require verified evidence and authorized procedures. A recorded release label does not itself release anything.
Link a manufacturing-room cleaning record to its stated release reference.
When to use this tool
Use GMP Room Cleaning Release Reference when checking the stated manufacturing record, count or calendar-margin convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter roomId, cleaningRecordId, releaseReference. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Require nonempty room, cleaning-record and release-reference IDs. Encode the ordered triple as JSON text.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |

| cleaningRecordId | Cleaning Record Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| releaseReference | Release Reference | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

"input": {

"cleaningRecordId": "CLN2",
"releaseReference": "REL2"

"output": {

} Limitations and assumptions
- The tool neither inspects cleaning nor authorizes room release or establishes GMP compliance.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review original controlled records, applicable quality requirements and qualified authorized personnel for actual material, equipment or batch decisions.
