GMP Maintenance Release Record Pair Tool

Compare explicit maintenance/release record references and chronology.

Description

Compare equipment and work-order identifiers literally and mark ordered when releaseTime is no earlier than maintenanceEnd.

Good manufacturing practice records connect materials, actions, people, and source evidence. A local check can expose missing or inconsistent metadata, but it cannot authenticate a record or replace quality-system review.

Compare equipment and work-order identifiers literally and mark ordered when releaseTime is no earlier than maintenanceEnd.

When to use this tool

Use GMP Maintenance Release Record Pair when you need a literal manufacturing-record or source-support diagnostic.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter equipmentId, releaseEquipmentId, workOrder, releaseWorkOrder, maintenanceEnd, releaseTime. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read equipmentMatches, workOrderMatches, ordered. Inspect equipmentMatches, workOrderMatches, ordered before interpreting the associated values.

Limitations and assumptions

  • Equal times pass the timing condition; metadata agreement does not establish maintenance completion, qualified release, safe equipment, or an authorized signature.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Use the controlled record system to verify identity, provenance, approvals, and complete audit history. Treat local flags as prompts for investigation rather than release or compliance decisions.
