Require a zone of ASCII letters, digits, and hyphens, northing as signed decimal text with digits before any decimal point, and a separator without line breaks. Concatenate the three strings.1

- An empty separator is accepted; exponential numeric notation is rejected. No projection, official zone, coordinate unit, or northing range is verified.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Read authoritative coordinate metadata when the actual axis order or reference system matters. Keep original numeric precision and explicit sign conventions rather than inferring them from a plausible label.
